Manitou Lighting pack
Manitou has created the lighting pack: the nacelle illuminates up to 8 (auto / on / off mode). The operator uses it for 3 types of night operation: loading and unloading the truck + moving the machine around the site.
Customer challenge
Accidents involving platform collisions due to lack of visibility in the dark are a major issue for rental agencies.
Better visibility on the wheels and around the machine, and for site operators for greater safety. Thanks to the light sensor, the lights are activated for operator and machine comfort and safety.
