Continuous availability for uncompromising performance

The first advantage of Lithium-Ion batteries is their ability to adapt to your pace. Thanks to its ability to recharge quickly and partially, your trucks can remain in continuous operation, without the need to replace the battery during a shift. A 30-minute break is enough to recover 50% of capacity (depending on machine/charger configuration), and one hour allows you to work for three hours. This flexibility is a direct driver of productivity, particularly in high-turnover environments, or when working shifts. You'll cut down on interruptions, heavy handling and the risks associated with battery changes. In so doing, your teams will save time, reduce their exposure to drudgery, and concentrate on what's essential: the smooth execution of handling flows.

An investment that quickly pays for itself

Lithium-ion technology may represent a higher initial investment than conventional lead-acid batteries, but it quickly pays for itself. And that's because it's maintenance-free: there's no need to top up with distilled water, no need to check acidity, and no need to set up a dedicated charging room below 600 kW.
Maintenance costs are drastically reduced, as are operating losses due to breakdowns or excessively long recharging cycles. The service life of a Lithium-Ion battery can reach 10 years or more, with up to 12,000 full charge cycles depending on use and environment. This saves costs over the entire lifecycle of the truck. Added to this is constant energy performance, with power remaining high even at the end of the cycle, giving you a reliable, durable machine that's perfectly sized for intensive use.

Clean, safe technology

The LFP chemistry we have chosen is based on safe, non-toxic materials: lithium, iron, phosphate. LFP technology is not subject to thermal runaway, making it the safest technology available. Our batteries are rigorously tested - penetration, overcharge, stress - and designed to operate safely, even in the most sensitive environments. This thermal stability makes our trucks perfectly compatible with cold stores or sites subject to extreme temperatures. And because no gases are emitted during charging, you can use them in enclosed spaces without special ventilation.
Because there are no rare metals in LFP chemistry (such as cobalt), its environmental impact is among the best of Lithium-ion technologies.

Ergonomics designed with users in mind

Because lithium-ion has a high energy density, the batteries can carry just as much energy while taking up less space, making them more compact and freeing up cabin space. The on-board charger enables recharging at any time, simply by plugging into a mains socket.
